An inspection report tells you what’s wrong. An ICE Report tells you what it costs to fix it.
Send us a completed home inspection report and we turn it into a priced, line-item repair estimate — prepared by a licensed California general contractor, in the same format we use on our own jobs.
What You Get
A contractor-grade repair cost estimate as a clean PDF, built from the findings in your inspection report:
- Repairs priced line by line, with labor and materials combined
- Grouped and prioritized so the big items stand out from the small ones
- Written in plain language a buyer, seller, or agent can act on
- Useful for repair requests, seller credits, and planning the work after closing

How It Works
1. Send the report. Email the completed inspection report (PDF) to [email protected].
2. We price the repairs. Every finding is reviewed and priced by Mars Construction Industries, a licensed general contractor — not a call center and not a database of national averages.
3. You get the estimate. A finished PDF cost estimate comes back to you, ready to share with clients, agents, or the other side of the transaction.
